Since being admitted to practice as a barrister in 1999 Mr Trout has been resolving complex legal disputes for his clients. The majority of legal disputes can be resolved without the need for a final hearing in the court. If settlement cannot be acheived without a court hearing Mr Trout can assist with his vast trial experience having been involved in hundreds of contested court matters. Mr Trout brings a wealth of life and personal experience to his practice. Prior to becomming a barrister Mr Trout lived and worked in countries including England, Germany, Israel and Japan. He has traveled extensively, including one year in Africa where he traveled overland from Cape Town to Cairo. Mr Trout also spent extended periods in India and Nepal where he completed the challenging Annapurna Circuit without a guide or a porter. With over 20 years legal experience, bachelor degrees in business and law, a master of laws majoring in commercial law Mr Trout can provide you with sound advice for your matter.
